Match 14
MITH answered right back in Match 14. The tournament leaders took another Chicken Dinner with 17 points, closing out the final fight against Team Liquid, who settled for nine points and third place. R8 Esports had the bigger surprise, finishing runner-up with 12 points.
That win pushed MITH past the 100-point mark and put real distance between them and the rest of the field. At that stage, the tournament leaders appeared to be pulling away from the rest of the field before the chasing pack mounted their late comeback.

Natus Vincere had the answer this time. NAVI survived into the final circle and closed out the Chicken Dinner for 16 points, the single biggest jump of anyone's day. Match 16
This was T1's match. The Korean roster took the Chicken Dinner and put up 12 eliminations along the way, good for 24 points, the biggest single-match haul of the day and enough to slice a real chunk out of MITH's lead.
MITH still held first place after the match, but the gap heading into the final game had shrunk to almost nothing.

Turning Point of Day 3
T1's Match 16 victory completely changed the complexion of the leaderboard. Entering the match, MITH looked comfortable at the top after leading throughout the day. T1 responded with the biggest single-match score of Day 3, collecting 24 points to slash the deficit to just eight heading into the final game. For the first time all day, MITH's lead looked genuinely vulnerable.
Match 17
T1 waited until the second-to-last match to put together their biggest performance of the day. They took the Chicken Dinner and put up 24 points, the highest single-match score anyone managed on Day 3, cutting MITH's lead from 32 points down to eight heading into the finale.
The win moved T1 into second place overall on 108 points. MITH stayed on 116 after failing to score in the match, and for the first time all day, the tournament leaders had something to actually worry about with one game left.

Match 18
R8 Esports took the last match of the day. Having spent most of the day outside the qualification places, R8 Esports ended their campaign with a morale-boosting Chicken Dinner.
The real story was still MITH and T1. MITH picked up three points in the finale after going scoreless in Match 17, enough to finish the day on 119. T1 added two points of their own to close out on 110, leaving MITH with a nine-point cushion after six matches.
Twisted Minds also had a good final game, finishing fourth overall on 92 points, with Team Falcons taking fifth on 86. R8's win came too late to put them back in qualification contention, but it wasn't a bad note to end the day on.

Day 3 Decided in the Final Two Matches
