For comparison, PlayStation Stores in neighbouring regions where no issues have been reported show GTA VI listings with full pre-order functionality. The gap is specific to these four storefronts, at least based on what's visible to users searching for the game today.

We're not treating the missing listings as confirmation of a ban. There are multiple reasons a game might not appear in a regional storefront, and very few of them require an official prohibition to explain.

What Could Actually Be Happening
